How does it work?

  • Get on track to start losing weight with this easy to follow 10 week guide
  • Being overweight is usually a result of consuming more calories than you use
  • This weight loss programme will help you to develop healthier eating habits and to become more physically active = consume less calories and use more
  • It is not about eating less – it’s about eating differently
  • It will help you to lose weight at a sustainable rate of 1-2 lb (0.5-1kg) per week
  • For most men this will mean consuming 1900kcal/day
  • For most women, 1400kcal/day

Is it for you?

  • This plan is intended for healthy adults with a BMI of 25 and over who want to lose body fat and are ready and willing to improve their eating and exercise habits
  • It is not suitable for children or pregnant women
  • If you have any medical condition or are not used to exercising, you should consult your doctor before you begin

What is involved?

  • Each week you will receive a pack including healthy eating and physical activity advice, either by e-mail or post. You need to print it out so if you do not have access to a printer, by post will be best.
  • You will receive the plan each Friday designed to run from a Monday to a Sunday. You will have to set aside a few hours over the weekend for shopping and meal preparation. The key to making this weight loss plan work for you is to be organised!
  • December weeks contain healthy alternative recipes for christmas favourites

Each pack includes:

  • dietary and exercise advice
  • tips for the week
  • healthy recipes
  • a detailed 7 day eating plan (1400kcal for women / 1900kcal for men)
  • a food and activity chart to fill in each day to chart your progress

What does it cost?

The cost for 10 weeks (10 x packs) is €90.00 by e-mail or €140.00 by post in weekly booklet form.

I had almost 2 stone on after having 2 babies close together. Did couch to 5k & ran for 9 months, while’watching what I ate’. I lost about 4lbs 😞. After 8 weeks of Donna’s slim down for Santa program, I had lost over a stone! I am sleeping better than I ever have, I have more energy & generally feel healthier. I have reached my target weight without ever feeling like I was on a diet; ordinary food the whole house could eat. Its so easy & handy.
