I had almost 2 stone on after having 2 babies close together. Did couch to 5k & ran for 9 months, while’watching what I ate’. I lost about 4lbs 😞. After 8 weeks of Donna’s 10 week program, I had lost over a stone! I am sleeping better than I ever have, I have more energy & generally feel healthier. I have reached my target weight without ever feeling like I was on a diet; ordinary food the whole house could eat. Its so easy & handy. The meal plans are so good that I intend to keep using them and just up my calorie intake to maintain my current weight. Thanks a million Donna 😊
