‘It’s easy to follow, a great guide to keep you on track and focused and it works!’ I found that my mindset changed after I got my prep done on a Sunday and I felt in control and in charge for the week. The weight also felt like real weight loss as opposed to water weight loss like with my previous attempts at dieting. There was also some flexibility within the plan so that you could substitute with a different food if you weren’t keen on something. Huge variety also.
