I would absolutely recommend everyone to try Donna Mc Gettigan Nutrition. I asked Donna to do me a plan for her 4 week programme that she was running, as I desperately needed to kick start my weight loss. I must be honest and say that I’ve never counted calories before and I found it really interesting to know what calories was in the foods I was eating. The best part was that Donna actually gives you a daily plan with the calories already counted, that she has allocated for your individual needs each day. I started the plan knowing that I also needed to look after my health as my blood pressure was high and I knew I had to make changes. I suffered bad headaches on a daily basis for months and It was starting to frighten me. The good news is I feel a whole lot better and my BP is also in the healthy range without the need for medication. I’ve managed to lose 8lb in this short time with not much change in my exercise routine. I am actually going to sign up again for her next plan so that I can continue my weight loss journey.
