How does it work?

  • Get on track to start losing weight with this easy to follow 10 week guide
  • Being overweight is usually a result of consuming more calories than you use
  • This weight loss programme will help you to develop healthier eating habits and to become more physically active = consume less calories and use more
  • It is not about eating less – it’s about eating differently
  • It will help you to lose weight at a sustainable rate of 1-2 lb (0.5-1kg) per week
  • For most men this will mean consuming 1900kcal/day
  • For most women, 1400kcal/day

Is it for you?

  • This plan is intended for healthy adults with a BMI of 25 and over who want to lose body fat and are ready and willing to improve their eating and exercise habits
  • It is not suitable for children or pregnant women
  • If you have any medical condition or are not used to exercising, you should consult your doctor before you begin

What is involved?

  • Each week you will receive an email including healthy eating and physical activity advice.
  • You will receive the plan each Friday designed to run from a Monday to a Sunday.
  • You will have to set aside a few hours over the weekend for shopping and meal preparation. The key to making this weight loss plan work for you is to be organised!

Each week you will receive:

  • dietary and exercise advice
  • tips for the week
  • healthy recipes
  • a detailed 7 day eating plan (1400kcal for women / 1900kcal for men)
  • a food and activity chart to fill in each day to chart your progress

What does it cost?

The cost for 10 weeks is €90.00, payable on registration.

I started this programme ten weeks ago, I’ve lost 14lb, which was more than I hoped. Donna sent me loads of information, recipes and guidelines.
What I really loved about this is, it wasn’t just the above info, it was the encouragement, it was nearly as if Donna knew what I was thinking at times (wavering etc) but if you read all the extra bits (not just the recipes) it helps you to keep going. It changes the way you think about your meals.
I find I’ve changed my bad habits totally and basically I think that’s the objective of it all. I like the way that it is a steady achievable plan.

I would highly recommend giving this a try. Great for losing weight with minimal effort. I lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks without doing any exercise but just by following the food plan Donna done out for me. It’s great for making you aware of the calories you are eating everyday and also makes you more careful of the amount of calories in different foods you thought were low in fat and the menu Donna supplies are still tasty.
